$165 per month will be charged for a second occupant in the apartments.
Rents will be calculated on a daily basis in billing, which will make calculating rent very fair and easy to compute. Rent will be payable in advance, prior to the 10th of the month.
A security deposit equivalent to 30 days rent will be held as a damage deposit for apartment tenants. If there is no undue damage to the apartment, the deposit may be refunded.
Garages are available for a monthly rental fee of $40.00.
