Thomas Serres, BHS
Tom received his bachelor’s
degree in Human Services at Chadron State College, specializing in
Gerontology. He has worked in Assisted Living and Long Term Care
facilities for more than 15 years. Tom has been a Certified
Nursing Assistant, Medication Aide, Activity Director, and
has completed the Assisted Living Management training program.
He is ordained as a Non-Denominational minister. Born and raised
in the Chadron area, Tom has raised four daughters.

Tim Frye
Tim was born
and raised in Chadron. A graduate of Chadron High School, he is pursuing
a degree in management at Chadron State College. He is a veteran of
the U.S. Navy, with service including a tour in the Persian Gulf aboard
the U.S.S. Nimitz. Prior to joining Prairie Pines, Tim gained food service
experience at Crestview Care Center. He joined Prairie Pines as Dietary
Manager in 2006.

Amber James
Amber joined Prairie
Pines Lodge in 2010 as Activities Coordinator. A native of Oregon, she has
lived in Chadron since 2008. She brings more than 13 years of customer service
experience to the position. Most recently, she was Catering Supervisor for
Creative 1Dining at Chadron State College.
