Paramedic - On call 

4 openings, PRN/Casual, 0-19 hours a week, hourly, non-benefited position. 

Chadron Community Hospital & Health Services is seeking individuals to safely & effectively transport patients. Individuals will be available during on-call periods to respond to Advanced Emergency Medical Service calls and interfacility transports. May require assisting in the Emergency Department as directed by department leadership. 

As a CCH Paramedic, you will: 

• Provide Advanced Emergency Medical Service on an on-call basis as needed in response to emergency calls & calls for interfacility transports. 
• Provide in the field stabilizing emergency medical treatment necessary to safely transport patients to/from facilities. 
• Effectively and actively assesses abilities & request assistance as necessary for safe patient care. 
• Maintain focus on education to include timely recertification required education and other opportunities of higher-level education. 

You may be a good fit if you have: 

• Current Nebraska paramedic licensure. 
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, PHTLS certifications
• Meet all job description qualifications. 
• Availability to rotate on-call hours.
