Full Time - The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing. The RN assesses, organizes and synthesizes data to develop a plan of care through the use of the nursing process and theoretical and experiential knowledge.

The RN utilizes critical thinking to plan and select appropriate interventions for patient care that result in the desired patient outcomes. The RN directs and accepts the responsibility for immediate supervision of assistive personnel and participates in the orientation of new employees.

The LPN works under the direct supervision of the RN and indirect supervisor of the Nursing Director.  Contributes to the on-going patient assessment and plan of are for the patient by observation and data collection.   The LPN implements, evaluates and documents patient care as directed by the RN. 

Assignments include: medical surgery, ER & OB.  Rotating 12 hours shifts and includes rotating weekends and holidays.  Excellent benefit package.    

Certification requirements:  Current CPR certification, ACLS & NRP within two years of hiring with certification.
