Behavioral Health Provider - WCHR
This position would cover the counties of Dawes, Sheridan, Northern Sioux, and Box Butte.
Full-time 30-40 hours/week, Days, Benefits eligible
Position Summary:
Identify, triage, and manage patients with medical and behavioral health problems within the primary care setting; provide skills training through psychoeducation and patient education strategies. Is responsible for providing comprehensive, integrated mental health care to patients in the community.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Provide counseling/assessments with diagnosis (both in person and via telehealth) for WCHR patients referred by providers and WCHR programs.
- Participate in Clinical Behavioral on-call coverage schedule.
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions including crisis counseling to individuals, groups, and families as needed.
- Clinical assessments, treatment, case management, consultation, referral, and education according to the individual's professional discipline.
- Evaluate individuals and family systems.
- Work with primary care teams.
- Develop, implement, and maintain partnerships with other community providers.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), Advance Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN), Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP)
- Current Nebraska license required. Will consider provisional license.
