Western Community Health Resources is currently seeking a full time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include: registering patients, conducting patient interviews, exploring financial responsibility and patient bill of rights. 

Obtains demographic financial or pre-certification information.  Computer skills and exceptional customer service a must. Experience in clerical/receptionist/customer service and telephone communications.
