Chadron Community Hospital Corporation is inviting nominations of individuals to serve on the Chadron Community Hospital Board of Trustees. Eligible nominations received in response to this notice will be presented for vote to shareholders at the 2023 Chadron Community Hospital Annual Corporation meeting.
Trustee eligibility requirements:
· Currently is or willing to become a member of the Chadron Community Hospital Corporation.
· Shall be required to submit a short summary of their qualifications/experiences and shall include a short statement on why they feel they would be a good member of the Board of Trustees.
· Shall be required to reside in the service area of Chadron Community Hospital and Health Services.
· Shall encourage the promotion and the utilization of the services offered by Chadron Community Hospital and Health Services, including the promotion and utilization of the providers of Chadron Medical Clinic.

Nominations must be received by September 29, 2023 to be considered.
