Legend Buttes Health Services is a family practice clinic that serves the Crawford Nebraska area. Our clinic provides a variety of valuable services to the community including laboratory, physical therapy, chronic care management and child immunizations. And if you just need to maintain your health with a little bit of exercise, our exercise room is free to the public. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM. Please note, we are closed for lunch from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM.
