Sports Medicine Team

Our sports medicine program remains active within the community and surrounding region. We routinely provide coverage of high school sports practices and events. Evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries are also performed in the clinic. In addition, our staff works with Chadron State College when needed to help with the rehabilitation of injured athletes. We routinely provide "sports medicine clinics" in which competitive or recreational athletes within the region can have a sports-related consultation at no cost. Tammy Stout MS, LAT, ATC, PTA
Tammy was born and raised in Hastings, NE. She received her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Ten years later, Tammy went back to college to get her associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Morgan Community College in Fort Morgan, CO. Tammy received her master’s degrees in athletic training from the Rocky Mountain University and Health Profession in 2023. Tammy has worked in a variety of hospital settings and outpatient physical therapy clinics. She has covered multiple high schools and colleges as an LAT, ATC. Tammy has over 40 years of experience as a professional athletic trainer and over 30 years as a professional Physical Therapist Assistant licensed in Nebraska and Wyoming.
