Focused on Healing
Our outpatient center is dedicated to helping patients with chronic and complex wounds. We understand that wounds that resist healing can be caused by various factors, such as underlying health issues like diabetes, poor circulation, auto-immune disorders, and other contributing factors such as diet.
Because no two patients or wounds are exactly alike, we take a comprehensive, patient-centered approach. Our team will assess your condition, identify any contributing issues, and create a personalized treatment plan aimed at promoting healing and restoring quality of life.
We work closely with your primary care provider or referring physician to ensure you receive seamless, coordinated care.
If you have a wound that is not improving, it’s important to seek medical attention. Early intervention can make all the difference.
Our advanced wound care services may include:
- Diagnostic evaluations (e.g., blood work, imaging, vascular studies)
- Nutrition counseling to support healing
- Diabetes Management
- Infection management
- Advanced wound care dressings
- Human Cellular Tissue Products
- Devices to reduce pressure on wounds
- Wound cleaning and tissue removal (debridement)
- Patient and caregiver education
Even wounds that have proven difficult to treat elsewhere may show meaningful improvement through our specialized care.
