Full-time, 30-40 hours/week, benefited position after 60-day waiting period
Summary:
Provide daily maintenance support for the Plant Operations department at Prairie Pines Lodge. Willing to fill-in for housekeeping department as needed.
Job Duties:
- Repair walls and paint as needed.
- Confidentiality is performed in all situation when working on ground or off grounds.
- Winter snow/ice removal
- Mowing the lawn and the operation of equipment used.
- Facility and grounds kept neat and clean.
- Change light bulbs
- Knowledge of plumbing and tools required.
- Knowledge of basic electrical work and where the circuit boards are located.
- Empty outside trash
- Monthly check of fire extinguishers
- Other jobs duties assigned.
Understanding of:
- Snow removal equipment and how to safely use
- All power equipment for grounds keeping (mower, trimmer, weed eater)
- Wall repair and painting
- Moderate knowledge of plumbing and tools required.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow and understand verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and run heavy equipment.
- Must have a valid Nebraska driver's license with no restrictions and clean driving record.
