Job Summary: 

The Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services will facilitate and direct the hospital's operational activities of delivering cost-effective, high-quality services. They have the direct responsibility, authority, and accountability for the supervision of the following departments:

  • Human Resources & Payroll
  • Plant Operations
  • Environmental Services, Safety, and Emergency Management
  • Dietary
  • Ambulance Transportation
  • Rehabilitation Services
  • Prairie Pines Assisted Living Facility

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or other relevant field required.
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CHHR preferred.

Experience: 

  • Minimum of five years prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of two years in a management role.
