Job Summary:
The Vice President of Human Resources and Support Services will facilitate and direct the hospital's operational activities of delivering cost-effective, high-quality services. They have the direct responsibility, authority, and accountability for the supervision of the following departments:
- Human Resources & Payroll
- Plant Operations
- Environmental Services, Safety, and Emergency Management
- Dietary
- Ambulance Transportation
- Rehabilitation Services
- Prairie Pines Assisted Living Facility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or other relevant field required.
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or CHHR preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of five years prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Minimum of two years in a management role.
